The Northeast Tennessee American Job Center's Business Services Team is available to help your business grow.  While we do offer a variety of services (listed below) we understand your business has specific needs.  Our focus is first listening to you, and then providing those services to meet your needs.  We are committed to the long-term strength of the Northeast Tennessee Region's Workforce.  Together we can accomplish this as we assist you with on-site visits, planning hiring events, searching our job seeker database for qualified candidates, and following up with you frequently to ensure we are providing effective, quality service to help you meet your workforce development needs.

Consolidated Business Grants funded through the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development provides grants to employers to retain existing employees or as an incentive to grow your workforce.
